# Mast: A tidy menu bar.

Mast is Moor's part for the menu bar. Hide the icons you don't need all the time. Show them with a click. Put Moor's widgets up there too.

Stands in for: Menu bar icons. Included with Moor ($29 once, 14-day free trial). Off until you turn it on in Settings → Parts.

## What Mast does

- **Hide icons.** Everything left of Mast's divider is hidden. Click the Mast icon, or scroll on the menu bar, to show them. They hide again after a few seconds.
- **Choose with ⌘-drag.** Hold ⌘ and drag icons left of the divider to hide them. It's the menu bar's own gesture.
- **An always-hidden section.** Optional. Icons there stay hidden until you choose Show All Menu Bar Items in Moor's menu → Mast.
- **Search menu bar items.** Press your search shortcut, type, and press Return to open any app's menu bar item.
- **Widgets in the menu bar.** Any of Moor's 50 widgets. Many show a live one-line value: the time, your next event, today's sales, CI. Click one to open the widget.
- **Restyle the menu bar.** Optional. A colour, gradient or glass behind the menu bar, as a full bar, a rounded bar or two islands, or matched to a dock theme. Text stays readable.
- **Your order is kept.** Turn Mast off and on again and your icons stay where you put them.

## Menu bar, or Mast?
