# Automation

Everything in Moor can be driven by keyboard, links, Shortcuts and Siri — which also makes it easy for scripts and AI agents to control.

## Keyboard shortcuts

| Action | Default |
|---|---|
| Switch to profile 1–9 | <kbd>⌃⌥1</kbd> … <kbd>⌃⌥9</kbd> |
| Last profile | <kbd>⌃⌥`</kbd> |
| Profile picker | <kbd>⌃⌥Space</kbd> |
| Search docks | <kbd>⌃⌥F</kbd> |
| Edit docks | <kbd>⌃⌥E</kbd> |
| Next / previous profile, undo switch | unassigned (Settings → Shortcuts) |

## Links (`moor://`)

Open these from Terminal (`open "moor://next"`), a browser, Raycast, Alfred or any app:

| Link | Does |
|---|---|
| `moor://profile/<name or id>` | Switch to a profile (name is case-insensitive, URL-encoded) |
| `moor://next` · `moor://prev` | Next / previous profile |
| `moor://toggle` | Back to the last profile |
| `moor://undo` | Undo the last switch |
| `moor://picker` | Show the profile picker |
| `moor://focus-off` | Switch to your “when Focus turns off” profile |
| `moor://mode?mode=<real\|custom\|both>&profile=<name>` | Change a profile's Dock mode (active profile if no name) |
| `moor://capture?name=<name>` | Save the current Dock as a new profile |
| `moor://edit-docks` | Toggle edit mode |
| `moor://search` | Open dock search |
| `moor://setup` | Open the setup guide |

## Shortcuts and Siri actions

| Action | Parameters | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Switch Dock Profile | Profile | — |
| Next Dock Profile | — | — |
| Save Current Dock as Profile | Name | — |
| Set Zone Mode | On | — |
| Hide Revenue Figures | Hide | — |
| Today's Revenue | — | Today's totals as text |
| Agents Waiting for Me | — | Sessions that need you |
| Edit Docks | — | — |

## Monitor setups

Settings → Automation → Monitor setups: assign a profile to each arrangement of displays; Moor switches when the arrangement changes.

## Privacy and meeting modes

- **Hide Revenue Figures** (menu bar, Shortcuts): money widgets show ••••.
- **While screen sharing in Zoom**: revenue hides automatically.
- **Meeting mode** (Settings → Automation → During calls): when Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord or a browser (Meet) has used a microphone for a few seconds, Moor hides revenue, silences chat and mail badges, and holds agent alerts — until the call ends.

## Zone mode

Dims everything but your working tools and silences chat badges. Turn it on from the menu bar, Shortcuts, or automatically during Focus Timer work phases.
